These days, I see myself doing banking transactions on Kongapay, just to escape the stamp duties charges which Nigerian banks now resort at after CBN curtailed their excesses on bank transfer, withdrawal charges.

You'll say those ten ten naira matter to me abi, but then, this is just one of the benefits which the Kongapay has to offer asides airtime and mobile data subscription, TV subscriptions and internet services, tax, shopping, school fee, travel, utility bills payment among others.
As a businessperson/online merchant, you can also receive payment via the platform.

For me, it's been one of the best and most seamless platforms to carry out transactions ranging on the aforementioned.

You may want to ask

Can I open more than one Kongapay account?

The answer is NO! You may not be eligible for multiple Kongapay accounts. Kongapay requires BVN and as of today, BVN only applies to only one person. That's like the possibility of only one Kongapay per head.

How secure is Kongapay account?

Almost as secured as mobile banking. As long as your security pin is not compromised (by disclosure) and your (registered) phone+sim is secured with you. Kongapay requires a PIN (which only you supposedly know) and OTP (sent to your registered phone) to complete a transaction.
Konga also offers support in case you feel your security details may have been compromised, as the case may be when you lost your phone or to theft. Just dial 07007000000 to file your case.
